RUI, A NATIONAL CHAMPION AS A UCONN PLAYER (IN 2000), BRINGS EXPERIENCE AS UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA  AND SOUTHERN CT STATE UNIVERSITY ASSISTANT COACH, AS WELL AS SOUTH CENTRAL PREMIER AND BLACKWATCH PREMIER HEAD COACHING EXPERIENCE

FERNANDO, A FORMER NY/NJ METROSTARS PLAYER, BRINGS OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. AMONG OTHERS, HE COACHED AT SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY (ASSISTANT) AND SOUTH CENTRAL PREMIER

The Comets brought over 200 people over to Wolfe Park in Monroe to celebrate the Spring Fling with lots of great food, fun soccer matches and family festivities.

The 11+
"Football for Health"

The 11+ has three parts:
Part I: running exercises at a slow speed combined with active stretching and controlled partner contacts;
Part II: six set of exercises, focusing on core and legs strength, balance, and plyometrics/ agility, each with three levels of increasing difficulty; and
Part III: running exercises at moderate/high speed combined with planting/cutting movements.
